**IAM Security Analyst
Contract-to-hire
100% Remote
$45-52/hour**
Seeking an Identity & Access Management professional to support enterprise access controls, user provisioning, and security operations across a large technology environment.
Responsibilities

• Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and role-based permissions
• Support SSO, MFA, and identity governance processes
• Troubleshoot authentication and access-related issues
• Conduct access reviews, audits, and compliance support activities
• Partner with IT and security teams to improve IAM workflows and controls
• Maintain documentation and support security initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IAM, cybersecurity, or security operations experience
• Experience with access management, provisioning, and authentication tools
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, RBAC, and directory services
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Experience working in enterprise environments preferred
