The role requires 15-18+ years of ERP/HCM/SCM program experience, with at least 7 years specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud program management. The ideal candidate will have led multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations, possess a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud modules and technical areas, and be adept at managing large cross-functional teams. Expertise in program governance, RAID management, and delivery assurance is essential. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, PMO frameworks, and project management tools like Jira or MS Project is expected. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills are critical.

Job Description:

  • 15–18+ years of experience in ERP/HCM/SCM programs with 7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud program management.
  • Proven experience leading 2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations across multiple modules.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, HCM) and technical areas (OIC, Integrations, Data Migration, Security).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large cross-functional teams (onsite + offshore).
  • Expertise in project/program governance, RAID management, critical-path control, and delivery assurance.
  • Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or Cloud Methodology, Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery
  • PMO frameworks and KPIs
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to translate complex program risks into clear action plans.
  • Strong understanding of Core Oracle modules’ business processes
