Role summary

Dice is seeking an IT Program Manager for eSolutionsFirst, LLC. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position located in McLean, VA, requiring an onsite presence Monday-Friday. The role focuses on program management within the mortgage industry, requiring a technology background. Key responsibilities include developing roadmaps, dashboards, and strategic reports for executive leadership, utilizing tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and presentation.   • Executive Presentation & Reporting: Developed and maintained roadmaps, dashboards, and strategic reports for the Executive Committee and Board of Managers. Translated complex technical data into concise, digestible formats for senior leadership.
  • Utilized Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create reports, and improve decision-making processes.
  • Designed impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders
  • Utilized DAX functions and data modeling techniques in Microsoft Power BI to enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Prepared executive and Board-level reporting, synthesizing large datasets into concise dashboards, trends, and strategic recommendations.
