Role summary

Techolution is seeking a Program Manager for AI & Digital Transformation to lead complex, high-impact initiatives. This remote, full-time role requires 5-12 years of experience in technical account management, project/program management, or client-facing delivery within AI or Digital Transformation. Responsibilities include end-to-end program delivery, roadmap definition, scope/budget/schedule management, Agile execution (Scrum/Kanban), risk management, client engagement, ROI analysis, and KPI tracking. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical fluency, client relationship skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at executive levels. Experience with Lean/process optimization and a PMP certification are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and digital transformation programs from initiation to closure
  • Define program charter, roadmap, milestones, and integrated execution plans
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and change control across multiple workstreams
  • Drive Agile execution (Scrum/Kanban) including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
  • Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and proactively manage delivery risks
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to define business problems, success criteria, and baseline metrics
  • Engage with senior stakeholders (VP/SVP/C-level) for governance, updates, and alignment discussions
  • Build ROI-driven business cases and support value realization tracking
  • Define and track KPIs/OKRs to measure program success
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and additional transformation initiatives within client accounts
  • Apply Lean/process optimization approaches to improve efficiency before automation or AI implementation

Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience in Technical Account Management, Project/Program Management, or Client-Facing Delivery roles in AI, Digital Transformation, or IT services
  • Strong understanding of project delivery fundamentals including roadmaps, RAID logs, risk management, and scope control
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid delivery environments
  • Strong technical fluency with ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and senior stakeholders
  • Proven experience working directly with enterprise clients and executive leadership (VP/C-level)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Strong analytical thinking with experience in ROI modeling and value-based delivery
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments

- PMP (Project Management Professional)
