Job Summary We are seeking a Product Lead to drive coordination and execution across multiple Data & Technology initiatives. This role focuses on aligning cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring that deliverables integrate into cohesive, end-to-end systems that support business workflows. The position works closely with product leadership, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate strategic direction into effective execution. Key Responsibilities Drive coordinated execution of complex programs across Data & Technology teams. Align work across multiple pods, including product, engineering, design, and platform teams. Partner with product leadership to translate strategic direction into actionable execution plans. Manage dependencies, sequencing, and cross-team orchestration to ensure timely delivery. Ensure outputs integrate into cohesive, end-to-end systems aligned with business workflows. Maintain visibility into program status, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs. Facilitate communication through regular updates, reviews, and stakeholder engagements. Collaborate with business and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes. Establish and enforce consistent delivery standards, including a shared definition of done. Drive resolution of cross-team issues and maintain momentum across initiatives. Continuously improve program management practices to support organizational growth. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or related roles in software environments. Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs across product, engineering, and design teams. Experience working in business-facing roles with exposure to executive stakeholders. Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect multiple initiatives into cohesive outcomes. Experience managing dependencies, sequencing, and multi-team delivery. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. Strong organizational, analytical, and execution skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with platform products or multi-team system implementations. Experience working with workflow-driven applications. Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and accountability across teams. Education: Bachelors Degree
