Role: Project/Product Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project/Product Manager to support procurement and supply chain initiatives. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with foundational project management knowledge and experience in sourcing, vendor coordination, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Product Support
- Support project or product initiatives by assisting with planning, coordination, and execution
- Organize tasks, track schedules, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Maintain project documentation and assist in reporting progress to stakeholders
Procurement & Sourcing
- Support development of sourcing strategies across various material categories
- Assist in conducting RFPs (Request for Proposals) for short-term and long-term requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency
- Help identify suppliers and support vendor engagement strategies
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Perform data analysis using Excel to support sourcing decisions
- Develop presentations using PowerPoint to communicate insights and recommendations
- Track procurement performance metrics and generate reports
Collaboration & Communication
- Work with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, and business stakeholders
- Communicate updates, risks, and deliverables clearly to team members and leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
- 1 3 years of experience supporting projects or product initiatives
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, or contract management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
