Senior Industrial Engineer
Role summary

Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing and construction processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend innovative improvements, develop and implement scalable operational models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering, manufacturing, and construction objectives with strategic business goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, or Construction Management
- 3+ years of experience in roles focusing on industrial operations, construction, or manufacturing
- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) for modeling manufacturing and construction workflows
- Advanced knowledge of project management software, including Jira, MS Project, or other agile platforms
- Expertise in statistical analysis tools and data visualization (e.g., Minitab, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Familiarity with CAD and BIM software to support facility layout and design
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA scripting and pivot table creation, to manage complex datasets
- Knowledge of automated manufacturing systems and IoT technology for smart construction
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to optimize procurement and supply chain processes
