Role summary

We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and adoption of Salesforce across the Commercial Bank. This role serves as the central product owner of the Salesforce Sales ecosystem, responsible for aligning business priorities with technology delivery, establishing governance, and driving scalable, high-impact capabilities. This individual will also play a critical role in shaping the future vision for AI-enabled banking experiences within Salesforce, identifying opportunities to leverage generative AI, workflow automation, predictive insights, and intelligent banker assistance capabilities to transform how commercial bankers operate and engage clients. The ideal candidate combines strong product management discipline with deep stakeholder engagement, Salesforce platform expertise, AI innovation thinking, and change leadership capabilities. This individual will own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from strategy and requirements definition through implementation, rollout, and user adoption.

Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and adoption of Salesforce across the Commercial Bank. This role serves as the central product owner of the Salesforce Sales ecosystem, responsible for aligning business priorities with technology delivery, establishing governance, and driving scalable, high-impact capabilities.

This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, sales teams, operations, and technology organizations to define scalable CRM solutions that improve banker productivity, client engagement, pipeline management, and revenue growth.

This individual will also play a critical role in shaping the future vision for AI-enabled banking experiences within Salesforce — identifying opportunities to leverage generative AI, workflow automation, predictive insights, and intelligent banker assistance capabilities to transform how commercial bankers operate and engage clients.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management discipline with deep stakeholder engagement, Salesforce platform expertise, AI innovation thinking, and change leadership capabilities. This individual will own the end-of-the-end product lifecycle — from strategy and requirements definition through implementation, rollout, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Product Strategy, Innovation & Roadmap

  • Own and continuously evolve the Commercial Bank Salesforce roadmap, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and the line-of-business needs. This role will partner with members across the different commercial bank functional groups to understand requested CRM enhancements, help determine prioritization, and ensure development is consistent and scalable across other functions as possible.
  • Develop and champion the vision for next-generation AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities that enhance banker productivity, client engagement, sales effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive long-term CRM platform strategy, including intelligent workflow automation, digital enablement, analytics, and banker productivity tools.

Prioritization & Demand Management

  • Establish and operationalize a transparent prioritization framework to maximize business value
  • Lead intake, backlog management, and sequencing, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and capacity
  • Translate business needs into clear problem statements, business cases, and delivery plans

Governance & Stakeholders Management

  • Stand up and lead a formal Salesforce Commercial Bank governance structure, including forums, decision rights, and escalation paths.
  • Engage stakeholders across the enterprise to gather business needs, feedback, and pain points that inform product direction.
  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure delivered capabilities align with user expectations, enterprise architecture standards, and operational readiness requirements.
  • Act as the primary product owner for Salesforce enhancements and platform modernization initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, ideation forums, and feedback loops to continuously evolve the platform roadmap.

AI Strategy & Enablement within Salesforce

  • Define and execute the AI vision and roadmap within Salesforce, aligned to Commercial Bank priorities
  • Translate AI and business concepts into actionable product requirements, user stories, prototypes, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Evaluate emerging Salesforce and AI technologies to determine applicability and value for Commercial Banking use cases.
  • Lead experimentation, pilot programs, and scaled rollout of AI-powered features and digital assistant capabilities.
  • Ensure AI capabilities align with governance, risk, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
  • Track and measure AI adoption, impact, and business outcomes

Change Management & Adoption

  • Lead end-to-end change management strategy for Salesforce releases, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Communicate roadmap progress, AI innovation strategies, release updates, and transformation priorities to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive behavioral adoption of AI tools by ensuring solutions are intuitive, impactful, and embedded into banker workflows.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, engagement trends, and business outcomes to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Measure adoption, usage patterns, and feedback, and leverage insights to refine roadmap and product direction.

People Leadership & Team Development

  • Directly manage and develop a Product Analyst, providing coaching, prioritization guidance, and day-to-day direction
  • Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and development plans aligned to team and organizational priorities
  • Build team capabilities in product management discipline, Salesforce expertise, and data-driven decision making
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of Product Management, Salesforce Product Ownership, CRM Transformation, or Digital Platform experience within a Financial Services Industry.
  • Proven experience building and managing product roadmaps and prioritization frameworks
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, workflows, integrations, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to translate emerging technology concepts into scalable business solutions and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale CRM modernization or AI transformation programs.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with detailed execution and delivery oversight.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Product Owner certifications.
  • Experience with generative AI, conversational AI, intelligent workflow automation, or digital assistant platforms.
  • Familiarity with commercial banking sales processes, treasury services, client onboarding, and relationship management workflows.
  • Project Management: Organized, methodical, able to create clear plans (and Plan B’s), delegate tasks, and parallelize work streams
  • Analytics: Ability to leverage reporting and analytics tools to validate assumptions, measure outcomes, and inform product decisions
  • Writing Skills: Excellent written communication — able to produce clean requirements, design docs, diagrams, and executive updates
  • Business & Systems Awareness: Ability to map requirements to the systems and teams involved; not “that’s another team,” but someone who takes ownership across boundaries

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $116,000.00 - $216,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
