Position Summary
KGO is seeking a Program Manager with a strong background in construction cost management, data analytics, and project controls to support large-scale data center construction projects in the Milwaukee, WI and Abilene, TX markets.
This individual will support program leadership by managing project reporting, cost tracking, forecasting, schedule coordination, and executive-level analytics across multiple active construction projects. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced mission-critical environments and has experience supporting hyperscale or large commercial construction programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support overall program execution across multiple active data center projects
- Track project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and change management activities
- Analyze project performance data and develop executive reporting dashboards
- Coordinate with construction managers, contractors, designers, and client stakeholders
- Monitor schedule progress and identify project risks or trends
- Assist with project controls processes and reporting standardization
- Facilitate meetings, action tracking, and status reporting
- Support mitigation planning and operational readiness activities
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in construction management, project controls, or program management
- Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial construction projects preferred
- Strong understanding of cost management, forecasting, and construction reporting
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Primavera P6, or similar project controls tools
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite in Milwaukee, WI or Abilene, TX
Preferred Experience
- Hyperscale data center construction experience
- Owner-side or owner’s representative experience
- Experience supporting multi-project construction programs
- Familiarity with commissioning and turnover processes
