Senior Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise
Role summary
Kikoff, a credit-building app, seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager for its expanding Enterprise arm. This role will drive B2B2C and B2B growth by defining the enterprise value proposition, creating sales collateral, and representing the 'voice of the partner' internally. Responsibilities include scaling the enterprise narrative, equipping the sales team with a comprehensive toolkit, leading inbound strategy based on partner research, orchestrating partner launches and adoption, managing B2B conference presence, conducting market intelligence, and establishing repeatable enterprise product marketing processes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PMM experience, with at least 2 years in B2B/B2B2C environments, mastery in sales enablement, an inbound mindset, strong cross-functional influence, data-driven decision-making, and resilience in ambiguous, ground-up environments.

The Role
Kikoff is the #1 credit-building app, having helped over 1 million consumers achieve financial health. We are now aggressively expanding our Enterprise arm—partnering with employers, financial institutions, and platforms to bring Kikoff to their members.
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Product Marketing (Enterprise) to be the strategic engine behind our B2B2C and B2B growth. You will be the primary partner to our Enterprise Growth team, responsible for defining our enterprise value proposition, building the collateral that closes deals, and acting as the "voice of the partner" for our internal teams. This is a foundational role that will define how Kikoff wins in the enterprise space.
