
Implementation Project Manager
Role summary

The role involves onboarding new clients, ensuring satisfaction for existing ones, and providing product training and support. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of SaaS implementation project management experience, proficiency in project planning and Gantt charts, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent client-facing communication and organizational skills.

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our team! As a Project Manager, you are responsible for implementing our knowledge management solution within enterprises across the globe. You will participate in the onboarding of new clients and contribute to maintaining a high level of satisfaction for existing clients - including the provisioning of training and support to clients using our product.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager implementing a SaaS
- Prior experience creating project plans and Gantt Charts
- Ability to manage several projects at a time
- Proactive problem-solver - ability to think creatively and outside of the box when needed
- Prior experience in a client-facing environment - strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Must have strong communication skills both written and verbally
- High prioritization and organization skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end SaaS implementation projects for new clients and those of existing clients as their requirements grow (i.e. version upgrades, feature add-ons, expansions, etc.)
- Define and manage the project scope and timeline based on client requirements, and navigate changes as needed
- Actively engage with clients via virtual meetings, email, or the ticketing system
- Understand clients’ needs, tackle problems, and where necessary, escalate the case to the relevant team
- Provide training to clients about the product and its components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful delivery of our product (i.e Support, Customer Success, Development, Training, etc.)
- Keep current on product releases and updates
