For our client, we are seeking a Staff Performance Data Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
Responsibilities

  • Partner with federal agency stakeholders to create data-driven success plans
  • Translate high-level business requirements into technical data solutions
  • Extract and analyze large datasets to identify correlations and insights
  • Develop interactive dashboards to present performance and ROI metrics
  • Perform in-depth analysis of user behavior to inform training improvements
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits and validations
  • Lead executive reviews to narrate clients' security progress

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in data analytics or performance measurement
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Snowflake
  • Strong skills in Python for data manipulation and automation
  • Proficient in using visualization tools (preferably Looker) to create executive dashboards
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with client success metrics and engagement funnels
  • Experience within the ed tech or cybersecurity sector is a plus
