Business Operations Lead
Role summary
We are seeking a Business Operations Lead to be the operational backbone for the Emerging Markets segment within Client Success. This role focuses on driving execution, data integrity, and coordination across the organization. You will manage the renewals process, create analysis for retention strategies, lead cross-functional projects, handle client escalations, and ensure Salesforce data accuracy. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in operations or a related support role, strong project management and Salesforce skills, exceptional organization, and excellent communication abilities.
