Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Attorney at Yeroushalmi Law, located in Beverly Hills, CA. The Trial Attorney will manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting and filing motions, handling court appearances, conducting depositions, and advocating for clients in trials. The role requires working closely with a dedicated team to provide effective legal representation in cases of elder abuse and neglect.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Trial and Litigation processes, particularly within the courtroom
  • Proficiency in drafting and filing Motions and other legal documents
  • Experience with Depositions, including taking and defending depositions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Law and familiarity with Courts
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and standing member of the California State Bar
  • Experience with elder abuse litigation or personal injury law is a plus

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
