
Scheduling Coordinator
Role summary
Libra Solutions, a leader in legal process simplification, is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for its MoveDocs division. This role is responsible for scheduling patient appointments for medical procedures, processing new patient referrals, and maintaining client files. The coordinator will build rapport with law firms and physician offices, communicate appointment details, and ensure HIPAA compliance. The position requires 2 years of experience in medical scheduling or healthcare coordination, proficiency with Microsoft Office, computer literacy, a typing speed of at least 45 WPM, and experience with high-volume phone communication. Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred. This is a remote position.

MoveDocs is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing Operations team. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling patients for all modalities while processing all new patient referrals.
Essential Functions
- Obtains appointment dates for patients recommended for spinal injections and surgical procedures
- Builds rapport with both law firms and physician offices
- Updates client files on a computer
- Informs law firms of their client’s appointment date
- Maintains confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Achieves quarterly measurements and incentive goals
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- 2 years of experience in medical scheduling or healthcare coordination
- Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Computer literate
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Experience working with physician offices and healthcare providers
- Experience handling high-volume phone communication
- Able to sit and be on the phone for long periods of time
- Reliable high-speed internet for remote work
