Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or service calls with clients and staff.
- Coordinate employee work shifts and coverage.
- Monitor scheduling changes and adjust plans as needed.
- Communicate schedule updates to employees, clients, and management.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders when necessary.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
- Collaborate with managers to optimize staffing and resource utilization.
- Track attendance, availability, and time-off requests.
- Prepare scheduling reports and performance metrics.
- Provide administrative support related to scheduling activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree may be preferred).
- Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, administrative support, or office coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Skills
