Role description

IBM PAX Lead

Primary Technical Skills

Expert knowledge on IPA architecture and components of the tool like rules TI IPA reports perspective IPA web PAX PAW

Architecture Experience in designing and implementation of Financial planning and reporting model in IBM Cognos TM1 or IBM PAX

Should be able write complex business logics in IPA Rules and Turbointegrator TI

Should have worked on various source database like SQL flat files Teradata and other relational databases

A graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering Discipline

Must have 58yrs Deep technical experience working with technologies related to various Data Analytics and Visualization tools

Knowledge on Insurance domain is required

Experience on TM1py using python scripting

Secondary skills good to have

Should have sound functional knowledge and experience in understanding the financial process and terminologies

Experience to work and handle offshore team with proper delegation of work to manage the client deliverable

Should be able to do design review and code review of development team

Experience in Report designing in Cognos Analytics Cognos BI and other reporting tools

Experience on Cloud computing and storage on AWS Cloud

Knowledge and experience on development and support of project through Agile methodology

Ability to think strategically about Customer experience business product and technical challenges

Good Analytical skills and ready to take up challenge as independent resource

Fluency in communication and ability to manage teams work and deliverable timelines for the project
