Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Java to design and develop scalable backend solutions within the React Java AWS skill cluster family.

Design develop and maintain robust backend services using Java Collaborate with frontend teams utilizing React to integrate user interfaces with backend services.

Utilize AWS services to deploy manage and optimize cloud-based applications.

Participate in requirement analysis design, development testing and deployment phases.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices and performance optimization.

Work within Agile methodologies to deliver iterative improvements Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed APIs and services.

Lead the architecture design and implementation of scalable backend solutions leveraging Java and AWS.

Drive best practices in API design security and cloud integration.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CICD pipelines and automate deployments Troubleshoot debug and resolve production issues promptly to ensure high availability.

Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain high quality deliverables.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.

Engage in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.

Stay updated with emerging technologies in Java React and AWS to recommend architectural and process enhancements.
