Implementation Specialist
Role summary
Lucid Software is seeking an Implementation Specialist to provide a best-in-class onboarding experience for new customers, ensuring their long-term success with Lucid's Visual Collaboration Suite (Lucidchart and Lucidspark) and airfocus. This role involves understanding customer business objectives and industry best practices to craft effective onboarding strategies. Responsibilities include planning and executing data migration, serving as the primary technical contact for setup and configuration issues (like SSO and SCIM), and managing tests for new onboarding approaches. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, the ability to master complex software, strong project management skills, and excellent consultative communication. This is a hybrid role based in South Jordan, requiring two days per week in the office.

Each Senior Implementation Specialist (“IS”) impacts the business by providing the foundation our customers need to use and adopt our suite of products most effectively.
