Senior Product Manager
to own their core product line from concept through deployment and iteration.
This is not a traditional GTM-heavy product role. The focus here is on
owning the product lifecycle, working directly with engineering, and translating real-world customer feedback into actionable product direction.
What You'll Do
- Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for an integrated UAS platform.
- Work closely with engineering teams to drive product definition, design iterations, and delivery.
- Key interface across BD, customers, and internal teams, directly engaging with end users to capture mission needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for engineering.
- Drive product execution across testing, field deployment, and sustainment, ensuring continuous iteration based on real-world performance and customer feedback.
- Operate at the intersection of product and program execution in a fast-moving environment.
Ideal Background
- 7-10+ years developing and delivering UAS, autonomous systems, or other integrated hardware/software aerospace platforms.
- Experience owning the full product lifecycle end-to-end.
- Strong technical fluency - able to communicate effectively with engineers and understand system-level tradeoffs.
- Direct experience working with U.S. government or defense stakeholders, capturing mission requirements and translating them into actionable product and engineering direction.
- Comfortable operating in environments where product, program, and customer needs are tightly coupled.
