Construction Superintendent/Project Manager
Role summary
Magic Design is seeking a Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to oversee material fabrication and installation for Architectural Foam Shapes and Precast Concrete. This role involves reviewing plans, visiting job sites for measurements and sales, coordinating production and delivery, managing installers and subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality control. Proficiency in AutoCAD for foam shape processing and managing client and vendor relationships, including payment terms, is essential. The position requires strong site supervision and project management skills to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
Overview
Magic Design works as a material supplier and installer for Architectural Foam Shapes and Precast Concrete. We're looking for an individual who contribute to our fabrication and installation efforts with supervision, cross selling, and overall management
Duties
- Review architectural plans and visit customer job sites to field measure, check status of projects, cross sell and secure future orders.
- Coordinate material production and delivery with Magic Design main office
- Coordinate with material installers and customers.
- AutoCAD knowledge to process of foam shapes.
- Coordinate additional needs and support with other Magic Design team players.
- Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is performed efficiently.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify scope of work and facilitate accurate construction estimating.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize resource allocation and maintain smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Clarify payment terms with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
