Role summary
MaintainX, a leading AI-powered maintenance and asset management platform, is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join their fast-growing team. The CSM will act as a strategic partner to customers, driving value, retention, and growth. Responsibilities include account ownership, managing customer relationships, delivering training, identifying upsell opportunities, mitigating churn risks, and communicating product value. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success, a proven track record in retention and growth, strong communication and analytical skills, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
