💡 The Role
We’re hiring our
first Product Manager
to take ownership of our core market research product, while helping incubate new 0→1 extensions and eventually build out the product function.
This is a highly autonomous individual contributor role. You’ll run the full product execution cycle: deeply understanding users, aligning cross-functionally, defining specs, driving QA, and ensuring we ship quickly and consistently. As the company scales, there’s a clear path toward product leadership.
✅ What You’ll Own
- Define and drive the roadmap for our core research workflow
- Partner closely with Customer Success and end users to deeply understand workflows, friction points, and opportunities
- Work side-by-side with Engineering and Design to prioritize ruthlessly and ship at high velocity
- Own release quality: QA processes, bug triage, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration
- Keep founders and cross-functional teams aligned through clear, concise communication
- Join Sales and CS calls to demo features, articulate value, and convert customer insights into product direction
📈 What Success Looks Like
- Faster, higher-quality shipping cadence (target: ~1 major feature per week)
- Strong adoption and repeat usage of newly launched features
- Tight feedback loops: customer input quickly translates into clear decisions and shipped improvements
🔥 About You
- You’ve built and shipped B2B SaaS products in fast-paced environments
- You optimize for impact, not perfection — you’re comfortable making hard trade-offs and shipping MVPs
- You enjoy speaking directly with users and senior stakeholders — and you’re comfortable being commercial when needed
- You’re hands-on and detail-oriented; you don’t hesitate to dive into tooling (including AI tools like Claude Code) to move things forward
- You thrive in low-process, high-accountability environments and can create clarity amid ambiguity
- You communicate with precision — written and verbal — and can simplify complex problems
- You’re deeply curious and constantly learning
Bonus:
- Background in consulting
- Heavy daily use of AI tools in your workflow
🌴 Benefits
We offer competitive compensation, equity and private healthcare, plus a few distinctive perks:
- Gym membership
- In-office chef
- Summers working from Greece, by the beach
