We work directly with founders, investors, family offices, and lenders to structure and execute capital raises across industries.

We are now building the next evolution of our business:

Business Funder
– a platform that intelligently matches founders with investors based on real investment criteria

AI Capital Formation Engine
– a system of AI agents that automates investor outreach, deal flow management, and capital raising workflows

This isn't a concept; we are already executing this process manually across dozens of active deals and are now productizing it.

Role Overview

We are seeking a
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
to lead the architecture, development, and execution of our platform and AI systems.

This is a
foundational role
— you will not just build technology, you will shape the product, define the roadmap, and help transform a proven manual process into a scalable capital marketplace.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Thinks product-first, not code-first
• Understands AI in real-world business workflows
• Can simplify complex systems into executable products
• Wants to participate in building a high-upside platform

Core Projects1. Business Funder Platform

A marketplace connecting founders and investors through:

• Intelligent matching based on investor thesis
• Founder readiness scoring (data + AI-driven)
• Integrated data rooms and diligence workflows
• Real-time financial visibility and analytics
• Messaging, deal tracking, and performance metrics

• AI Capital Formation Engine

A system of AI-driven workflows that:

• Automate investor and lender outreach
• Analyze founder materials and readiness
• Manage CRM, pipeline, and deal flow
• Support due diligence and data room structuring
• Replace manual capital raising processes with scalable systems

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead overall technology architecture and product roadmap
• Translate business workflows into scalable platform features
• Oversee development teams (internal + offshore)
• Design and implement AI agent workflows and automation systems
• Ensure simplicity and usability (avoid over-engineering)
• Build systems for:
• Matching algorithms
• Data ingestion and analytics
• Investor dashboards and reporting
• Collaborate directly with leadership on product direction and strategy

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience as CTO, Head of Product, or Technical Founder
• Strong understanding of:
• AI / automation workflows
• SaaS platforms and marketplaces
• Data systems and integrations (APIs, financial data, etc.)
• Proven ability to take products from concept → MVP → scale
• Comfortable working in early-stage, fast-moving environments
• Strong business acumen (not just technical execution)

Bonus:

• Experience in fintech, marketplaces, or capital markets
• Experience working with startups, investors, or advisory firms

Compensation Structure

This is an equity + performance-based role (no upfront salary initially).

• Equity participation (foundational level, based on involvement)
• Revenue participation tied to platform-driven deal flow
• Transition to salary + expanded role as platform is funded and scaled

This role is best suited for someone focused on long-term upside and ownership, rather than short-term compensation.
