Role summary
Seeking a strategic Product Manager for a 12-month contract (possible extension/conversion) in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role focuses on a new product learning ecosystem within a commercial banking environment, emphasizing integration and data migration. The Product Manager will translate business needs into actionable solutions, drive product strategy and execution, manage the product backlog in an Agile setting, and facilitate stakeholder alignment. Key responsibilities include requirements gathering, process flow documentation, and acting as a liaison between business and technical teams. Requires 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Integration, Data Migration, and Agile/Scrum. Experience in Commercial Banking or Lending is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support product strategy, innovation, and development initiatives within the organization
- Coordinate integration efforts and oversee data migration activities across systems
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into meaningful business outcomes
- Drive prioritization of initiatives and manage product backlog in an Agile environment
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment across senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Support decision-making by providing insights derived from data and business context
- Ensure smooth coordination across multiple teams without being hands-on in technical development
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
- Strong experience in
Integration and Data Migration
projects
- Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear deliverables
- Strong coordination and prioritization skills across multiple initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
