Lending Product Manager
Role summary
A fast-growing fintech venture of QFIN Group is seeking a Product Manager to launch and drive its lending business in Canada. The role requires 3-5 years of product management experience in financial services, lending, or fintech, with a deep understanding of the Canadian lending market, regulations, and customer behavior. Responsibilities include defining the product roadmap, managing the full product lifecycle, conducting market and data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and native-level English proficiency.
About the Role:
We are a fast-growing fintech venture of QFIN Group, launching our lending business in Canada. We are looking for a Product Manager with native-level English to drive product strategy, customer experience, and operational excellence in our lending products. This role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on product management experience, with a deep understanding of the Canadian lending market.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product roadmap for Canadian lending products, aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management: ideation, launch, iteration, and optimization.
Conduct ongoing market research to understand trends, competitive products, regulatory changes, and customer needs in Canada.
Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, data, and operations teams to enhance customer experience and streamline product processes.
Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and risk management.
Track and benchmark competitor products, market offers, and industry best practices to inform product strategy.
Ensure products comply with Canadian regulations and internal risk frameworks.
Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and results to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Native-level English proficiency.
3–5 years of product management experience in financial services, lending, or fintech.
Strong understanding of the Canadian lending market, including competitive landscape, regulations, and customer behavior.
Data-driven mindset; proficient in analytics tools and performance measurement.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in customer journey mapping, product process optimization, and market research.
