Role summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for their Park at Waterford Harbor community in Kemah, TX. This role involves actively participating in leasing and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy, conducting community and apartment tours for prospects, and providing excellent customer service to current residents. Key responsibilities include processing resident communications and service requests, and adhering to Fair Housing regulations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience, basic math skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi is also required. This is an onsite, full-time position with a compensation range of $18.00-$20.00 per hour, plus potential bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You’ll Do

The Leasing Consultant provides information, onsite tours of the community, with the intent to lease apartments to prospective residents; provides customer service to existing residents to make a positive impact for the property.

Your day-to-day may include:

  • Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
  • Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
  • Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
  • Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office, (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).

The expected compensation range for this position is $18.00- $20.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
