Role summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant for their Bexley Westshore community in Cumming, GA. This role involves guiding prospective residents, building relationships with current residents, and handling customer service, sales, and administrative tasks. While no prior leasing experience is required, candidates need strong communication, a customer-first mindset, positive energy, team spirit, motivation, adaptability, and initiative. The position offers competitive hourly rates starting at $20/hour, quarterly bonuses, a property-specific bonus, and benefits including a rent discount. Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Location: Bexley Westshore - Cumming, GA

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive - starting at $20/hour and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses + Monthly Move In Bonuses

Property-Specific Bonus: This community comes with an additional $160 per pay period bonus for a Leasing Consultant role (equivalent of an additional $2/hr)

Schedule: Two options available:

Option #1 - Saturdays worked in a rotation with the team. Weekdays 9am-6pm, Saturdays 9am-5pm, Sundays Closed

Option #2 - Alternative schedule available. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm.

Do you have a flexible schedule? If so, our alternative schedule leasing consultant position will give you an additional per pay period bonus! This schedule is set the same each week and consists of 5 days each week working (including Saturdays) with the same 2 days off per week (Sundays and one weekday).

Example: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - with Sundays and Wednesdays off. If you need a different weekday off we can be flexible.

Hours are: Weekdays 9-6 Saturdays 9-5 Sundays Off

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks — and we’ll provide you with all the training and support you need to excel.

This is not a desk job — expect to be on your feet, engaging with prospects, walking the property, inspecting homes, and so much more.This job is about more than just sales – you will be expected to handle administrative tasks, address resident concerns, and help with property appearance.
