We're looking for an AI Data Marketing Lead to join our growing team — someone who lives and breathes data, thrives in an AI-first environment, and knows how to turn insights into action.
🎯 What You'll Do:
• Drive data-driven marketing campaigns using AI tools and automation platforms
• Work daily with tools like Apollo, Resend, Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLMs
• Build, manage, and optimize outbound and inbound marketing pipelines
• Analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into clear strategy
• Identify growth opportunities through data enrichment, segmentation, and targeting
✅ You're a Great Fit If You Have:
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLMs in a marketing or growth context
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Resend, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Experience with sales intelligence tools like Apollo or ZoomInfo
• Strong data analysis skills — you're comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• A self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what to do next
📌 Position Details:
This is a hybrid role based out of our Las Vegas, NV office. You'll work in-office 2 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remaining days.
