Marketing Data Analyst
to support how customer data, marketing performance, and business insights are understood and utilized. The role sits within a newly forming team that operates at the intersection of
marketing analytics, business intelligence, and innovation
.
This is a highly collaborative, insight‑focused role designed for someone who enjoys digging into data, asking “why,” and translating findings into meaningful recommendations that help improve member experiences and business outcomes.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Analyzing internal data sets related to customers, engagement, campaigns, and behavior
- Using
Alteryx
to prepare, automate, and organize data from multiple sources
- Building dashboards and visual reporting using
Power BI
- Writing and modifying
basic SQL queries
to extract and validate data
- Partnering closely with marketing and innovation teams to support segmentation, targeting, and campaign insights
- Exploring patterns and trends in member data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Turning complex data into clear, business‑ready insights for non‑technical stakeholders
- Supporting leadership by clarifying what data is available — and what questions the data can realistically answer
- Continuously evaluating how existing data can be better leveraged to support members and internal decision‑making

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a data, marketing analytics, or insights‑focused role
- Hands‑on experience with Alteryx
(this is essential for success in the role)
- Working knowledge of
Power BI
or similar visualization tools
- Comfort writing and understanding
basic SQL queries
- Strong analytical thinking with a natural curiosity for the “why” behind the numbers
- Ability to work through ambiguity and evolving questions
- Confident communicating with business leaders to clarify goals and data needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
