Role summary

This AI Engineer role will lead the integration of AI across a law firm's operations, including intake, case management, client communications, and billing. The engineer will assess workflows, build AI solutions, and implement integrations and automations. This position requires experience with large language models and AI assistants, foundational AI models, NLP, machine learning, automation tools, and a Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification. The role involves partnering with legal professionals to identify needs and deliver effective AI-driven solutions within a collegial environment.

AI Engineer to lead the integration of AI across our Atlanta-based law firm's operations — from intake and case management to client communications and billing. Assess workflows, build solutions, and deliver measurable results. Implement AI integrations and automations across departments. Partner with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to identify needs and deliver solutions.
Experience:

AI engineering experience evaluating and integrating large language models and AI assistants (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, AgentForce) into business workflows and operations.
Experience integrating foundational AI models and LLMs into enterprise workflows
Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification
Strong understanding of NLP, machine learning, and automation tools
