Role summary
Morgan & Morgan is seeking an Attorney to join their growing Employment Law department. The role involves handling a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, managing client interactions, working with expert witnesses, and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. A law degree and active State Bar membership are required. Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus. The position requires the ability to manage a high volume of cases and excellent client service and communication skills.

Summary

This opportunity can be in any of our offices in the Tampa/St. Petersburg metro area.
