What You’ll Illuminate:
Do you enjoy building pipelines, opening new accounts, and expanding revenue in wholesale and retail channels?
- Develop and grow relationships with department stores, mass retailers, distributors, and wholesale accounts
- Prospect and generate new B2B business opportunities through outreach, networking, and field activity
- Present proposals, sales programs, and strategic recommendations tailored to customer needs
- Serve as a visible, front-facing representative in the marketplace
- Track pipeline activity, customer engagement, and competitive trends
- Partner with operations, marketing, accounting, and executive leadership to support growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and account documentation
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- Support the successful launch and expansion of a new lighting product line
What Powers Your Success:
- 3–6+ years of B2B sales experience in a wholesale environment
- Experience selling lighting products strongly preferred
- Proven success generating new business and opening accounts from scratch
- Strong outbound sales and relationship-building skills
- Experience selling into department stores, distributors, mass retail, or home products channels
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Office proficiency
- Ability to travel approximately 20%+
Preferred Background:
- Experience launching new products into wholesale or retail channels
- Existing relationships in lighting, home décor, consumer products, or mass retail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
