Event Marketing Manager
Role summary
Movable Ink seeks an Event Marketing Manager to oversee their event portfolio, including flagship conferences and industry events. This role involves end-to-end planning, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution. The manager will collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to drive attendance, ensure lead capture, and develop event materials. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of B2B event marketing experience, strong project management skills, and excellent cross-functional communication. Familiarity with Bizzabo, Salesforce, and Marketo is a plus. The position offers a base salary range of $90,000-$110,000 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits.
Movable Ink is looking for an Event Marketing Manager to own the planning, coordination, and execution of our growing event portfolio, from our flagship Think Summit conferences to field events and industry tentpoles like Shoptalk and Salesforce Connections. You'll be at the center of how Movable Ink shows up in the market, shaping experiences that bring our brand to life for customers and prospects in rooms where deals get done. The role will be reporting to our Associate Director of Audience Engagement.
