Senior Business Development Representative
Role summary
The Strategic Account Representative (StrAR) is responsible for filling the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities from strategic prospects. This role involves developing new relationships via phone, email, and social media, assessing prospect needs, explaining solutions, and collaborating with Account Directors to manage the sales pipeline. The StrAR will conduct thorough account research, create presentation decks and mock-ups, and utilize sales tools to manage prospect information. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment, with opportunities for growth into other departments within 18-24 months. Success is driven by self-motivation, strategic thinking, and effective collaboration.
The Strategic Account Representative’s (StrAR) goal is to fill the Sales team’s pipeline with qualified opportunities with our most Strategic prospects. The StrAR role is instrumental in the success and growth of the business and gives individuals ample opportunity to use their personality & creative/strategic thinking abilities to directly influence conversations with our prospects. The StrAR role is designed to provide individuals with hands-on experience in a fast-paced start-up environment where things are constantly changing and evolving. Success in this role will lead to internal opportunities in Sales, Client Experience, Marketing, Partnerships, Strategic Accounts, etc. within 18-24 months.
