We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on
Product Manager
to lead profit and growth across our personal lines insurance products. In this role, you’ll own state-level performance, guide pricing and product strategy, and collaborate across underwriting, actuarial, sales, and beyond to deliver meaningful results.
You’ll balance big-picture thinking with execution; designing long-term strategies while actively driving initiatives that improve performance today.
What you’ll do:
- Own profit and growth outcomes across assigned states and products.
- Lead pricing and product strategies using data, analytics, and market insights.
- Partner cross-functionally to influence decisions and align execution.
- Oversee product development, including new products and form updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on products, filings, and strategy.
- Possible future supervisory responsibility of analysts, depending on business need.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of P&C insurance experience (product, underwriting, actuarial, or related).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Deep understanding of pricing, product development, and regulatory processes.
- Ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights.
- Experience collaborating across teams and driving outcomes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Actuarial, Business Admin, Mathematics, or related analytic disciplines.
Nice to Have
- Graduate degree and/or related professional designations (Underwriting, Actuarial, and Finance).
- Experience with managing products and interacting with regulatory environments in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Wyoming, and Arizona.
- Experience working with an independent agency channel distribution.

Hiring Range:
$125,432 - $143,793\*
Salary Range:
$125,432 - $160,153
*Candidates having more experience may be considered for a Sr. Product Manager role. Compensation and position will be commensurate with experience.*
