Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Software Engineering Manager. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of engineers, oversee software development projects, and design scalable, high-performance solutions for our platform. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, mentor team members, and drive innovation within the engineering function. Your technical expertise and leadership will play a critical role in shaping the future of our AI-powered travel companion.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Software Development, including knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and development practices
• Proven experience in Team Leadership and building high-performing engineering teams
• Strong Software Design skills with an emphasis on scalable and user-friendly solutions
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of software projects
• Experience with Distributed Systems and cloud-based architectures
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus
