Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Software Engineering Manager. Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Development, including knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and development practices
- Proven experience in Team Leadership and building high-performing engineering teams
- Strong Software Design skills with an emphasis on scalable and user-friendly solutions
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of software projects
- Experience with Distributed Systems and cloud-based architectures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus
