Role summary
Navan is seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive its regional sales talent acquisition strategy. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging top-tier sales professionals and emerging talent to closing offers. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and revenue teams, championing an exceptional candidate experience. Key responsibilities include leveraging sourcing tools and data, leading recruiting projects, and mentoring hiring teams on inclusive practices. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-growth recruiting environments, with a proven ability to build early talent pipelines and proficiency in ATS systems like Greenhouse. Agency and go-to-market recruitment experience are preferred.
