About The Role
The Marketing Manager position at Daley And Associates, LLC is a pivotal role responsible for spearheading the company's commercial marketing initiatives across a diverse and expanding product portfolio. This role involves leading go-to-market strategies, managing product launches, and developing compelling messaging and branding to effectively communicate the value of our medical devices. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in medical device marketing, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess over five years of downstream or commercial marketing experience within the medical device or regulated healthcare sectors. Proven success in launching new products and supporting sales teams is essential. Candidates should have experience marketing through indirect sales channels and a strong understanding of marketing analytics, automation tools, and digital campaign execution. Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in marketing consumables, capital equipment, or software-enabled healthcare products will be highly valued. A solid grasp of regulatory considerations and compliance standards in healthcare marketing is also important.
Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of go-to-market strategies and manage product launches across a robust pipeline, ensuring timely and successful market entry.
• Develop clear, compelling messaging, positioning, and branding strategies that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our products in the marketplace.
• Partner closely with the Sales team to support field efforts, including providing marketing collateral, training, and campaign support to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, industry events, and channel marketing initiatives to maximize reach and engagement.
• Create customer-facing content such as product collateral, case studies, and targeted campaigns to educate and engage healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Leverage market insights, Voice of Customer feedback, and analytics to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to optimize marketing efforts, improve ROI, and enhance overall launch effectiveness.
