About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee quality assurance activities across our entire manufacturing process for in-house products, while also collaborating with suppliers to resolve quality issues and lead improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee quality assurance activities within manufacturing processes
- Analyze root causes of quality issues and develop effective solutions, tracking progress through resolution
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects and activities
- Address and resolve quality concerns with suppliers, providing guidance for continuous improvement
- Plan and implement proactive quality measures to prevent issues before they occur
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fundamental knowledge of quality control and assurance, including ISO standards and QC tools
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication skills for internal teams and external suppliers
- 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related fields
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with preventive quality methods such as FMEA, PPAP, and APQP
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Automotive industry experience is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
