Role summary
We are seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategy into people priorities that drive growth, organizational effectiveness, and transformation. This role involves providing counsel on organization design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership effectiveness, and change initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decisions and manage risk in a global context. Key responsibilities include partnering with business leaders on talent and succession planning, leading change initiatives, coaching managers, and leveraging workforce analytics to improve retention and engagement. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of strategic HRBP experience and a strong understanding of business goals.
