AI DevOps Engineer
Role summary
NICE is seeking an AI DevOps Engineer to build and scale AI-powered operational platforms. This hands-on role involves integrating AI models into monitoring, CI/CD, ticketing, and cloud infrastructure systems. Responsibilities include designing and implementing intelligent workflows, APIs, and data pipelines, with a focus on LLM integrations, model training, and prompt engineering. The ideal candidate has strong backend development experience (TypeScript, C#, .NET, Python, Rust), experience with scalable distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and AI SDKs is preferred.
