AI DevOps Engineer
Role summary
Zscaler is seeking a Remote AI DevOps Engineer to join their Cloud Platform Engineering team. This role focuses on building and operating internal cloud platforms across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Responsibilities include designing and implementing automation for infrastructure provisioning, security, and lifecycle management, integrating AI-assisted tooling, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with multi-cloud infrastructure, Terraform, Python, CI/CD, and Kubernetes, along with a strong curiosity for AI tools. Preferred qualifications include experience with MLOps frameworks, GitOps, and multi-account governance tooling.

Role
We are looking for an AI DevOps Engineer to join our team. This is a Remote within the United States (with a hybrid preference for San Jose, CA) role, reporting to the Manager, IT Cloud Operations in the Cloud Platform Engineering department. Our team builds and operates the internal cloud platform that powers Zscaler's product and corporate infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure. In this role, you will design and ship automation that provisions cloud environments, enforces security baselines, and integrates AI-assisted tooling and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery.
