Role summary

This Full Stack Systems Engineer role focuses on building and maintaining the core technical systems for a FinTech company, emphasizing system architecture, automation, integrations, data integrity, and reliability. The engineer will own critical internal platforms supporting sales, underwriting, and operations, treating internal tools as production infrastructure. A key aspect of the role involves exploring and implementing AI-driven enhancements for workflow automation, operational intelligence, and productivity tools. The position requires a strong engineering mindset, experience with Salesforce, APIs, data models, and a high attention to detail. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Role Overview

The Full Stack Systems Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining the technical systems that power our FinTech's core business workflows. This role owns a mission-critical platform that sits at the center of sales, underwriting, and operational execution. You will focus on system architecture, automation, integrations, data integrity, and technical reliability. While Salesforce is a major component of this environment, the mandate is broader: building scalable internal infrastructure, not just managing a CRM.

You will also explore and implement AI-driven enhancements across internal systems. This includes identifying opportunities to use AI for workflow automation, operational intelligence, data enrichment, and internal productivity tools that improve how sales, underwriting, and operations teams work.

This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who thrives in detail-heavy environments and treats business systems like production software.
