Role summary

Seeking a Senior AI Engineer to develop core intelligence for AI teammates in finance. This role involves building and deploying AI systems for outcome-driven automation, creating agentic workflows that plan, reason, and act across enterprise systems, and integrating LLMs into production with high reliability. The engineer will work with both structured and unstructured data to ground models in business context and collaborate with product teams to deliver end-to-end capabilities. The ideal candidate has experience with LLMs, generative AI, strong Python skills (PyTorch/TensorFlow), familiarity with AI agent frameworks, and experience integrating AI into enterprise software.

We’re looking for a Senior AI engineer to build the core intelligence behind AI teammates for finance. You’ll develop systems that go beyond copilots and actually execute work, combining reasoning, context, and action inside real enterprise workflows.

What you’ll do
