Role summary

Numos is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to develop core AI systems for AI teammates in the finance sector. This role involves building and deploying AI systems that execute work through agentic workflows, combining reasoning, context, and action within enterprise environments. The engineer will integrate LLMs into production, work with diverse data types to ground models, and collaborate with product teams. Key requirements include experience with LLMs, generative AI, strong Python skills (PyTorch/TensorFlow), familiarity with AI agent frameworks, and experience integrating AI into enterprise software.

We’re looking for a Senior AI engineer to build the core intelligence behind AI teammates for finance. You’ll develop systems that go beyond copilots and actually execute work, combining reasoning, context, and action inside real enterprise workflows.

What you’ll do

  • Build and deploy AI systems that power outcome-driven automation
  • Develop agentic workflows that can plan, reason, and take action across systems
  • Integrate LLMs into production environments with reliability and control
  • Work with structured and unstructured data to ground models in real business context
  • Partner with product to ship end-to-end capabilities
