We are seeking an execution-focused Product Manager for a fast-paced HealthTech startup building an AI-powered mental health and wellness platform. This role serves as the crucial link between the founder and the engineering team, translating product vision into actionable tasks and driving daily execution. You will be responsible for shipping features, managing sprint cycles, and making quick UX/UI decisions to maintain product velocity. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of product management experience, a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, and thrives in ambiguous, rapidly iterating environments. Experience in HealthTech and with AI/ML products is preferred.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Manager (3–5 years experience)
who is highly execution-focused, AI first, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.

You will act as the
bridge between the founder and the engineering team
, ensuring product decisions are made quickly, clearly, and with strong user intuition.

You will be deeply involved in day-to-day product decisions, sprint management, and shipping features.

Key Responsibilities

- Own
day-to-day product execution
and iteration
- Act as the
primary liaison between founder and engineering team
- Translate high-level product vision into clear tickets, specs, and priorities
- Make quick UX/UI decisions
when needed to unblock development
- Collaborate on
AI feature design
- Ensure fast iteration cycles
and maintain product velocity
- Identify gaps, edge cases, and usability issues proactively
- Help define and track
core product metrics and user flows
- Communicate with users & find pain points

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in
Product Management
(startup experience preferred)
- Strong
execution mindset
- Experience working with engineering teams
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
(can make scrappy but smart decisions)
- Experience with Product Management Software
- Strong communication skills - clear, concise, and decisive

Nice to Have

- Experience in
HealthTech, Wellness, or Mental Health
- Experience working with AI/ML products (LLMs, voice, etc.)
- Familiarity with React Native or mobile app workflows
