Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Compliance Manager. The Compliance Manager will oversee the company's adherence to relevant regulatory and legal standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, auditing processes, staying updated on new regulations, and providing training and guidance to staff. The role also involves preparing compliance reports and ensuring the company operates within set rules and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management
• Experience in policy development, auditing, and managing compliance systems
• Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Outstanding communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in digital tools and systems used for compliance management
• Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field (Master’s or professional certifications in compliance is a plus)
• Experience within the fintech or digital financial services industry is an advantage
