Compliance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team and oversee the bank’s compliance operations, including BSA/AML program oversight. This senior role will supervise two compliance analysts, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in banking compliance, leadership skills, and the ability to implement effective compliance strategies in a community bank setting. Responsibilities include policy development, regulatory reporting, and providing guidance to the compliance team. • Oversee the bank’s BSA/AML compliance program, including monitoring, reporting, and risk management
• Lead and develop two compliance analysts
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and apply them in a practical way
• Support audits, exams, and regulatory relationships
• Review policies and procedures to ensure they are effective and usable
• Partner with business lines to embed compliance into daily work
• Identify and manage compliance risk without creating unnecessary complexity

Salary $90-110k
