Omega III, a leader in the demolition services industry, is searching for an energetic and dedicated Project Manager to join our Elgin, IL team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in managing and executing mid to large-sized construction projects across the Midwest. You'll work closely with our expert Project Managers, translating estimators' visions into profitable realities, and ensuring smooth and efficient project progression from start to finish.

Your Impact:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Developing planning and staging, ensuring all projects adhere to estimated budgets and schedules while minimizing risks and managing changes.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Maintain strict compliance with federal, state, municipal, and customer requirements, providing detailed reports on project status and progress.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and team members, ensuring all project specifications and requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction or demolition projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Superior organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
